Skillet Chicken Fajitas

Open chicken breasts slice into ¼ inch strips. Cover the chicken with the seasoning. In a skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Add chicken strips and vegetables. Saute until chicken is cooked. Server in warm tortillas and add desired toppings.


1.5 lbs. chicken breasts
1 yellow onion, sliced
½ green bell pepper, sliced
½ red bell pepper, sliced
1 fresh jalapeno, chopped
2-4 tbls. butter, depending on amount of chicken cooking
fajita seasoning (any kind, recommend fiesta)
