Lowfat Lowcarb Turkey Chili

Brown the turkey in a pan.  I use a sauce pan so I can easily dump the rest of the ingredients in and not mess up two pans!  Drain off any fat.  Add canned tomatoes, rotel, kidney beans, and chili mix and a cup or so of water.  You can add more or less depending on how think you want it.  Bring to a simmer and let cook for 20 minutes so all the flavors blend.  This feeds at least four people.


1 package of Chili mix ( I use McCormicks)
1 package of extra lean ground turkey
1 large can of tomatos (you can do whole or diced depending on how chunky you want it)
1 can of rotel
1 can of kidney beans
