Breakfast Casserole


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Brown sausage over medium heat and drain. Stir eggs, milk salt and mustard together. Grease bottom of casserole dish. Spread bread around in dish. Pour egg mix over bread. Spread the sausage mix on top of that and cover with cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for one hour.


1 lb. breakfast sausage
2 cups milk
6 slices bread, tear into small pieces
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard
